These hot wings are going to be served up with an incredible blue cheese dip! Let’s get straight into the recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken Wings
1/4 lb Butter
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
8 oz. Cayenne pepper sauce (For HOT)
8 oz. Cayenne pepper sauce, Diced Jalapenos, 1tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder (For VOLCANO)

Blue Cheese Dip:

4 oz. crumbly blue cheese
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder

Method

Make sure your wings are given a quick wash under some water just to wash off any debris they might have on them. With the wings washed pat them dry with a paper towel and put them to one side on a plate.

Go outside to the grill and bring it up to temperature. The exact temperature is not important but you want to be grilling over a medium high heat. Season your chicken wings with salt and pepper and place them on the hot part of the grill. Turn them regularly and if you experience flare up then move them to a cooker part for a minute or so. It should take about twenty minutes maximum for the wings to be a nice golden brown all over.

Whilst the wings are cooking you can start working on the sauce. Take your butter and melt it gently in a pan. If your grill is big enough you can place the pan on the grill and work right next to the wings. Add the garlic powder and cayenne pepper sauce. If you are making the suicide wings then you should also add the jalapenos and the cayenne powder. Combine it all together and cook it gently. You don’t want to boil the ingredients just warm them through.

Place the cooked wings into a big bowl and pour the sauce over. Give them a bit of a shake and make sure each wing gets a decent coating of the sauce. Set the wings aside and it is time to make the blue cheese dip.

The blue cheese dip is incredibly easy. All you need to do is combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Give them a mix so all is blended well and refrigerate for thirty minutes before serving.
